| How much do Company Drivers get paid? |
| Our OTR drivers start out at 36 cents per mile. We also pay for unloading, stops,
drops, detention, and layover. A driver can expect to earn $50,000 or more in
the first year. |
| Our regional drivers start out at 34 cents per mile. We also pay for unloading, stops,
drops, detention, and layover. A driver can expect to earn $40,000 or more in
the first year. |
| How often do you get your drivers home? |
| Our drivers are home weekely. While most drivers are home on the weekends, some
routes require home time be at times other than the weekend. We ensure quality
home time to our drivers on a consistent basis. |
| What benefits do you offer and when do they go into effect? |

We offer medical, dental, prescriptions, company paid life and long-term
disability insurance and short-term disability insurance available to you the
first month of the following 30 days.
We also offer paid vacation, sick and holidays after 6 months.
Our employees are eligible to join our 401(k) program after 6 months. The
program has a generous matching contribution.

| What is a "Transition Bonus"? |
| A Transition Bonus is a hiring bonus paid out to new drivers in the amount of
$1,000. |
| How often do you pay your drivers? |
| Our drivers get paid weekly on Friday for any work performed the previous week.
Direct Deposit is available at no charge. |
| Do you offer any type of safety bonus? |

We offer a generous safety bonus to our company drivers for performiong their
duties in a safe manner. Our company drivers receive a safety bonus in the
amount of 5% of their base salary every 6 months.

| What type of equipment do you operate? |
|
Our tractors are Freightliner Century Class and FLD120 with Condo Sleepers. Our
trailers are 48' and 53' Dry Vans and Reefers.

| What areas of the country do you operate? |
| We primarily operate east of the Mississippi from the Eastern Seaboard to the
Mississippi River, with some loads going west of the Mississippi with less
frequency. No West Coast, and no forced dispatch to NYC. |
| How much experience is required? |
| We require at least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience operating a
combination vehicle. |
| How many moving violations are allowed? |
| Depending on the violation, there should be no more thatn 3 violations in a
3-year period to be considered. No excessive speed (defined as 15 MPH or more
over the speed limit), no DUI, no reckless operation. |
| Do you require a driver have any endorsements on his license? |
| We require our drivers to have a HazMat endorsement. |
| Do you require drivers to unload freight? |
| Many of our customers have unloading requirements. Our drivers will be paid for
any unloading they do. If a location has lumpers available, we will allow
utilization of their services. |
| How many months out of the year can I expect to work? |
| We provide year-round steady work. You can expect to work 12 months out of the
year. |
| Do you run team operations? |
| At this time, we do not run teams. |
| Do you have a driver referral program? |
| After you are employed with FST, if you refer a driver and we hire them, you
will receive a $500 referral bonus. Both drivers must be employed at the time
of the bonus payout. |
